Declaración conforme al Real Decreto 1112/2018 y a la norma armonizada europea EN 301 549.

La web emapapp.com y la aplicación emap para iOS y Android.
Situación de cumplimiento
- Web: conforme con WCAG 2.1 nivel AA. Auditoría automatizada con axe-core: 0 violaciones, en el tema claro y en el oscuro (última auditoría: julio de 2026).
- App móvil: en evaluación. La revisión de accesibilidad de la app para iOS y Android está en curso. Esta página se actualizará con el resultado.
Qué hace emap por la accesibilidad
- Contraste de texto de nivel AA en ambos temas, verificado sobre la escala de colores del sistema de diseño.
- Navegación completa por teclado en la web, con foco siempre visible.
- Estructura de encabezados y regiones de página (landmarks) para lectores de pantalla.
- Objetivos táctiles de al menos 44×44 píxeles.
- Respeto a la preferencia de reducir el movimiento del sistema.
- Interfaz completa en castellano, euskera e inglés.
Limitaciones conocidas
- El mapa interactivo se dibuja sobre un lienzo gráfico y no es completamente operable con teclado ni con lectores de pantalla. La información esencial (rutas, horarios, precios, textos) está disponible también en HTML.
- Algunos contenidos de terceros (por ejemplo, las imágenes en vivo de las cámaras de tráfico) no tienen alternativa textual completa.

Compliance status
- Website: conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Automated audit with axe-core: 0 violations, in both the light and the dark theme (last audit: July 2026).
- Mobile app: under evaluation. The accessibility review of the iOS and Android app is in progress. This page will be updated with the outcome.
What emap does for accessibility
- AA-level text contrast in both themes, verified on the design system's colour scale.
- Full keyboard navigation on the web, with always-visible focus.
- Heading structure and page regions (landmarks) for screen readers.
- Touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels.
- Respect for the system's reduce-motion preference.
- Full interface in Spanish, Basque and English.
Known limitations
- The interactive map is drawn on a graphics canvas and is not fully operable with keyboard or screen readers. The essential information (routes, timetables, prices, texts) is also available in HTML.
- Some third-party content (for example, the live images from traffic cameras) has no full text alternative.
