emap es hoy un proyecto personal sin entidad jurídica propia. La identificación registral se completará cuando se constituya la entidad.
Objeto
emap es un servicio gratuito de información de movilidad de Euskadi: mapas, rutas en coche, transporte público, bici y a pie, y datos en vivo (tráfico, precios de combustible, playas y otros servicios) procedentes de fuentes oficiales y abiertas.
Condiciones de uso
- El servicio es informativo y gratuito. Te comprometes a hacer un uso lícito y a no degradar ni interferir el servicio (por ejemplo, con peticiones automatizadas masivas).
- Queda prohibido presentar los datos de emap como verificación oficial ante terceros (multas, controles, contratos).
Exactitud de la información
Los horarios, precios de combustible, estado del tráfico, ocupaciones y demás datos se muestran tal como los publican sus fuentes oficiales (operadores de transporte, administraciones y otros proveedores listados en Datos y fuentes). Esos datos pueden sufrir errores, retrasos o interrupciones ajenas a emap.
Verifica siempre con la fuente oficial (operador de transporte, señalización en la vía, estación de servicio) antes de tomar decisiones importantes: una conexión imprescindible, el precio al repostar o cualquier cuestión de seguridad vial.
Responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantía de disponibilidad continua ni de ausencia de errores. emap no responde de los daños derivados del uso de la información mostrada, ni de los contenidos de los sitios de terceros a los que enlaza.
Propiedad intelectual
El diseño, la marca y el código de emap pertenecen a su titular. Los datos y mapas pertenecen a sus respectivos propietarios y se utilizan bajo sus licencias, que se respetan y se listan en Atribuciones. Mapa base © OpenStreetMap contributors, disponible bajo la licencia ODbL.

Erabilera-baldintzak
- Zerbitzua informatiboa eta doakoa da. Erabilera legezkoa egiteko eta zerbitzua ez higitzeko edo oztopatzeko konpromisoa hartzen duzu (adibidez, eskari automatiko masiboekin).
- emap-eko datuak hirugarrenen aurreko egiaztapen ofizial gisa aurkeztea debekatuta dago (isunak, kontrolak, kontratuak).
Informazioaren zuzentasuna
Ordutegiak, erregai-prezioak, trafikoaren egoera, okupazioak eta gainerako datuak beren iturri ofizialek argitaratzen dituzten bezala erakusten dira (garraio-operadoreak, administrazioak eta Datuak eta iturriak orrian zerrendatutako beste hornitzaileak). Datu horiek emap-etik kanpoko akatsak, atzerapenak edo etenak izan ditzakete.
Egiaztatu beti iturri ofizialarekin (garraio-operadorea, errepideko seinaleak, gasolindegia) erabaki garrantzitsuak hartu aurretik: ezinbesteko konexio bat, tankeatzeko prezioa edo errepide-segurtasuneko edozein gai.
Ardura
Zerbitzua «halaxe» eskaintzen da, etengabeko erabilgarritasun- edo akatsik-ezas-bermerik gabe. emap-ek ez du erakusten duen informazioaren erabileratik edo estekatzen dituen hirugarrenen edukietatik eratorritako kalteengatik erantzuten.
Jabetza intelektuala

Purpose
emap is a free mobility information service for the Basque Country: maps, routes by car, public transport, bike and on foot, and live data (traffic, fuel prices, beaches and other services) from official and open sources.
Terms of use
- The service is informational and free of charge. You agree to use it lawfully and not to degrade or interfere with it (for example, with massive automated requests).
- Presenting emap data as official verification towards third parties (fines, inspections, contracts) is forbidden.
Accuracy of the information
Timetables, fuel prices, traffic conditions, occupancy and other data are shown exactly as their official sources publish them (transport operators, public administrations and other providers listed on Data & sources). Such data may suffer errors, delays or outages beyond emap's control.
Always verify with the official source (the transport operator, road signage, the service station) before making important decisions: a connection you cannot miss, the price when refuelling, or any road-safety matter.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. emap is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information shown, nor for the contents of third-party sites it links to.
Intellectual property
emap's design, brand and code belong to their owner. Data and maps belong to their respective owners and are used under their licences, which are respected and listed on Attributions. Base map © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the ODbL licence.
